Masonic  Temple  may be bought by the City of Barberton. The building would probably be demolished.

The Enchanted Cafe and Skoops are doing a Cavs party in Cleveland.  The best baklava made by Enchanted and, of course, Skoops treats.

Josh Cribbs, a friend of Skoops, loves to come down to Barberton Skoops before he and his wife  head out to Portage Lakes to enjoy the water.

Big Mike is advertising on Spectrum cable TV.  Barberton Tree is advertising on 94.9 FM.

Several other Magics transferred to Akron East, Swain and Jeffries.

The Basketball team has looked impressive in summer basketball. They beat Garfield Hts , a contender for d-3 states, and tied St. V.

Norton will have Mike Alberts at Columbia Woods on July 27. The real Elvis!! He is almost 70 and still a great Elvis impersonator. Does not move as well as 20 years ago.  He was the Fullback at Baldwin-Wallace and Jim Tressel was the Quarterback in the early 70’s.

Fireworks on July 28 in Norton after the Pink Floyd show.

Mrs. Elias, of Enchanted Cafe, who makes the best Baklava, fell and broke her hip. She is 90.

Enchanted Cafe will open a carryout food and beverage store in the old Circle K.
